Village bus services – share your views

County Councilor Victoria Holliday has news on how you may be able to help shape the services provided.

Many residents have said they really need better bus services where they live.

Cllr Holliday has been speaking with Norfolk County Council (NCC) to see if anything can be done to improve this: NCC’s role is plugging the gaps where services are not economic and there is a possibility that funding could be made available for that.  To that end, a very simple survey – link below – has been created, to see where people need to get to from villages which have no or very limited public transport. The responses will help shape any future changes.

There’s also a word version for those who don’t have access to computers.  If you would like a copy please get in touch with the Clerk at the Parish Council.  Paper copies when complete will need to be photographed by a friend or family member with a mobile phone and then emailed to Cllr Holliday at  victoria.holliday.cllr@norfolk.gov.uk .
